Baas Educational Trust is a charitable organization which has built and is running the Gairatpur Baas Panchayat School. The aim of the school is to give an all round education to the village children, enabling each child to grow with confidence and speak English thus giving them the best possible future. The Fee structure depends on the paying capacity of the guardian which varies from Rs 100 to Rs 500 per month. Children from very poor families are exempted from fees and are given free uniform, books, and copy books. Only 15% of annual expenditure is realised from collection of fees. Balance expenditure is mainly on account of teachers and staff salaries and other administration and expenses for the upkeep and maintenance of assets and infrastructure and routine administrative functions. Major expenditure for running and maintenance of the assets is received as donation from CSR funds of companies incorporated in India, donation from individual donors and foreign contribution from our sister trust- Baas Educational Trust UK. Baas Educational Trust has the unique ID issued by Commissioner Income Tax New Delhi is AABTB 2124RF 20213 dated 23 September 2021 which makes donors eligible for a 50% deduction under section 80G. This is not issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. CSR-1 approval by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs which authorises BET to accept CSR donations is 00000315 dated 03 Apr 2021. FCRA registration number of the trust is 231661318 valid til 31st March 2029.
